It is not even about tendinitis. You and your team absolutely lacked professionalism. While giving treatment you you are not supposed to discuss about your last or coming cricket match with your friend on the phone . Nor did you completely paid attention to problems I was trying to say . And bringing your child to clinic especially in this covid time is absolutely wrong , also playing with them while your patients are not even in proper clothing is just unprofessional and disrespectful. In 1st session you confused me with some other patient and without even doing proper physical examination you started Shockwave therapy and after completion you forgot to tell the name of medicine for inflammation that would be caused by Shockwave therapy and also forgot to say something about shoulder strengthening exercise . Even in 2nd session I myself had to ask about all the exercises . Even then you didn't properly paid any attention since you were busy playing with child and hopping from one patient to other without give enough time to any. One of your staff had no idea about the exercise you asked him to teach me . He was just standing there like a statue . I am not saying you are like this with every patient . Its completely based on my experience in your clinic . May be you pay proper attention to other . Or may be because you were not charging consultation fees from me thats why you lacked all the things which you may not have if I was paying consultation . Even for tendinitis you didn't perform proper physical examination. It seemed like to just wanted to give Shockwave therapy regardless of the need since thats what you were getting paid for . Be more professional and respectful towards your upcoming patients . Rest best wishes . Thanks .

Good ambience and well educated staff. Understands the problem very politely and carefully. Treatment given to my left shoulder AC joint pain has really makes me feel better and now I can do pull-ups , push-ups and muscle ups without feeling any discomfort. Even now I am better at my pike push-ups also. Thanks for giving me the shock therapy and make me understood, why this problem exist and how to avoid further damage on the joint.
